anaslogbook Search Ana's Logbook - My name is Ana and I run the back office of AANA Trucking, a small family trucking company my husband and I built together. We have 5 drivers and my husband is one of them (hopefully not for much longer). While he is on the road driving, I manage the accounts and the back office: booking loads, talking to brokers, chasing paperwork, paying drivers and keeping us compliant. This blog is where I write honestly about what that actually looks like: the loads that go sideways, the detention time nobody wants to pay for, the drivers we count on and the systems we build to keep a small fleet moving.
